Creative Problem-Solver

While this was a simple craft project, I believe this is one of the greatest examples of my creative problem-solving skills. The assignment was to create a self-portrait using only magazine clippings. I used 20 different clippings to color-match and create the face. For the eyelashes I used an image of waves on a dark beach to get the effect of the highlights off the lashes.

The original piece is 22" x 28" magazine cutouts on posterboard.
